Coral Gables Festival of The Arts
Bring the whole family to downtown Coral Gables this weekend from 10am to 6pm for the Coral Gables Festival of The Arts featuring more than 200 artists offering fine arts and crafts, a Kidz Zone, live music, and a Culinary Corner featuring great food, beer, wine, and spirits. Hilarious: Noises Off at Miracle Theatre
Called the funniest farce ever written, Noises Off presents a manic menagerie of itinerant actors rehearsing and performing a flop called “Nothing’s On.” This uproarious farce features lovers frolicking, doors slamming, clothes being tossed this way and that, with both on stage and back stage hilarity. The Miracle Theatre is located at 280 Miracle Mile. Actors’ Playhouse presents performances on Wednesday through Saturday evenings at 8pm, plus Sunday at 3pm. Coral Gables Children’s Festival on Saturday
The annual Coral Gables Woman’s Club Children’s Festival, starting at 11am, helps bring awareness to the importance of dental health for children. Explore police, fire, and water safety, dental hygiene, financial literacy, conservation, arts and crafts, and face painting. Plus, attendees will be able to tour the Children’s Dental Clinic on the premises. The Coral Gables Woman’s Club is located at 1009 East Ponce. Crime Watch Neighborhood Block Party on Saturday
If you live near University of Miami, stop by and meet the neighbors, the police and fire chiefs, your Coral Gables Crime Watch Director and the neighborhood Crime Watch team leaders from 10am to 2pm at Henry Cepero Park at 4650 San Amaro Drive at the southwest corner of the Riviera golf course. Art of Balance at Fairchild
