Oktoberfest continues Annual Celebration
Come out to the Bierhaus Plaza for Fritz & Franz’s annual, beer, food and live music festival to celebrate the tradition as Oktoberfest returns to Downtown Coral Gables Thursday through Sunday. Wir feiern mit bier und freunden. https://myoktoberfestmiami.com/

Saturday – Members’ Day Plant Sale at Fairchild
It’s a great reason to belong to this esteemed organization — the annual Members’ Day Plant Sale and Plant Distribution at Fairchild from 9:30am to 4:30pm features plants grown exclusively by Fairchild for members. Sunday – Miami Pioneers Historical Society

Monday – First Man: Sneak Peek Screening
On the heels of their six-time Academy Award-winning smash, La La Land, Oscar-winning director Damien Chazelle and star Ryan Gosling re-team for Universal Pictures’ First Man, the riveting story behind the first manned mission to the moon, focusing on Neil Armstrong and the decade leading to the historic Apollo 11 flight. This is a free sneak peek screening of the film. Doors will open at 8:15pm and the film will start promptly at 9pm. Seating is not guaranteed. Please arrive early to get a seat. Ongoing – The Caribbee Club Exhibiton at the Museum
Vit the museum to experience Me, Merrick and the Songs of the Wind. This exhibition gathers a new series of pastel drawings and oil paintings by local artist and art education specialist Jacqueline Roch. Her landscapes are inspired by Florida’s eleven national parks, and for this exhibition by the poetry of Coral Gables’ founder, George Merrick in the book “Song of the Wind in a Southern Shore.” The Coral Gables Museum is located at 285 Aragon. Thursday – The Old Man & The Gun
Robert Redford’s last film tells the story of Forrest Tucker, elderly bank robber and all-around nice guy and his audacious escape from San Quentin at age 70.
