MKT Kitchen Executive Chef Jason Schaan cooked in kitchens alongside Chef Michelle Bernstein for more than two decades before deciding it was time to open his own spot, MKT Kitchen, with co-founder and restaurateur Brian Skogen. MKT Kitchen serves grab-and-go breakfast, lunch and dinner options so locals can conveniently enjoy gourmet cuisine in the comfort of their homes or offices. "Sourcing the finest ingredients and products from local partners, serving the best local flavors and developing relationships with our neighbors is at the heart of what MKT Kitchen is all about," said Skogen, managing partner at MKT Kitchen.
