Get Out
Jordan Peele made history with his directorial horror debut Get Out. Not only is Peele the first writer-director of color to cross the $100 million mark with his debut feature, he is the first Black person to win for Best Original Screenplay. Get Out is a sharp, smart deconstruction of race relations in contemporary America that’s as much horror as it is comedy. Chris (Daniel Kaluuya, nominated for Best Actor for his role) and his girlfriend, Rose (Allison Williams), have reached the meet-the-parents milestone of dating. When she invites him for a weekend getaway upstate with mom and dad (Catherine Keener and Bradley Whitford), Chris becomes ensnared in a more sinister real reason for the invitation.

His photos and commentary will demonstrate how the pros do it. https://southfloridapalmsociety.org/meetings-events/ |
