Sunday, March 31 is Easter Sunday on the Christian Calendar, celebrating resurrection after crucifixion.

Monday, April 1 is April Fools Day, traditionally, an opportunity for playing jokes or tricks on one another.

Saturday, April 6 is National Tartan Day, often featuring parades with bag-pipe bands playing Scottish music and people dressed in kilts with tartan patterns that represent their Scottish clans.

Tuesday, April 9 is National Library Workers' Day, a time to honor library workers, organize lunches to celebrate librarians, and make donations to local libraries.
