The Planning and Zoning Board is a quasi-judicial board that meets every second Thursday of the month and makes recommendation to the City Commission on a wide variety of development applications such as development agreements, site plan, conditional use, right-of-way abandonment, Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan text amendment, Zoning Map and Future Land Use Map amendment, etc.
All Planning and Zoning Board applications are required to be reviewed by the Development Review Committee (DRC) and all applicable review boards prior the Planning and Zoning Committee review.
